upload website to server

I have been uplaod my web site to host server correctly but i have face problem in connectin string and connectig the website to databse in that host 

i crate a databse on host then restor the backup file from my computer 

after that a change the connection string to 

<connectionStrings>
<add name="ConnectionString" connectionString="Server=localhost;Database=DBonserver;Uid=DBuser;Password=123456;" />
</connectionStrings>

I dont know why this problem  ?

this is my first time uplaod web sit to the internet 

i am using WebhostforASP.NET as a host and sql server 2008 for database 

please help me i need to upload  that site by today
