Web API not working when deloy to IIS?

Hi everybody! I'm using VS2017 to create Web API Netcore and deloy it to ISS. All step deloy not throw  any error, but my Web API not working. I cannot test by POSTMAN. But when i debug directly from VS2017 it's work fine with POSTMAN
