Deploy a New asp.net Application on the Server

I have created a package file using VS 2010 which includes a .zip, a .cmd and three other files.

Could someone please help me with the steps that I need to take to install this package on a Windows 2008 server.

I have read some online instructions but they are not working for me.

Internet Information Service
MyWebServer (local computer)+ FTP Sites+ Application Pools+ Web Sites
         MyExisting Web App1
         MyExisting Web App1+ Web Service Extensions+ Default SMTP Virtual Server
